Florals & Still Life
Flowers swiftly elevate our basic senses and mood. There is something so captivating about flowers, that I find myself instantly drawn to them and want to capture their beauty and essence in the folds of my canvas. Drawing inspiration from the vast natural beauty around me and the places I visit, my floral passion is limitless. My pieces take a curious blend of mixed media and acrylic paints to create variety.
Still life, being a subject oriented art form, provides a deeper look into the relationship we have with the objects that surround us. Taking a leaf from objects around us to countryside settings to rustic distressed elements, my still life work draws inspiration and nuances from it all.
